What counts as fair use?
Unlimited cases and documents, with a soft cap on AI analyses per month that comfortably covers a full-time caseload. If you run a high-volume practice and hit the cap, we’ll reach out before anything slows down — overage packs are coming, and nothing is ever cut off mid-case.
Why not just use a generic AI chatbot?
A chatbot subscription is cheaper. It's also not built for casework. Here's what the difference buys you.
Knows your case
A chatbot starts from a blank prompt. Every analysis here runs against your actual case file — the documents, the case type, and the legal criteria that apply.
Cites the page
Chatbot output is uncheckable prose. Here, factual claims carry citations to a specific page of a specific document; anything uncited is flagged as unsourced.
Talks to your client
A chatbot can't collect documents. The intake portal requests, receives, and tracks client documents against a case-type checklist — no email attachments.
Enforces attorney review
Pasting chatbot text into a filing leaves no record of review. Here every AI output is a draft behind an approval gate, and every approval is logged.
Automates the follow-through
A chatbot answers and forgets. Here the inbox files what arrives, workflows fill forms and bundle exhibits on stage changes, and deadlines land on the firm calendar.
Generic chatbots offer none of the above — and their terms often allow training on what you paste in.
