N-400 Naturalization
Application for U.S. citizenship by a lawful permanent resident meeting residence, physical presence, and good moral character requirements.
Naturalization is arithmetic and disclosure: days outside the country counted exactly, and every arrest disclosed with its certified disposition — including the ones the client believes were expunged. Attest builds the travel table from the passport stamps and shows the count.

- Tax returns or IRS transcripts — 5 years (3 if married to a U.S. citizen)
- Complete travel history with exact dates
- Address and employment history
- All passports held during the statutory period

- Certified dispositions for ALL arrests and citations — ever
- Selective service registration proof
- Child support compliance evidence
- Legal name change documents
- Form N-648 medical certification (disability exception)
- Military service records (N-426, military-based filings)
What the evidence is measured against

Living in marital union for the full three years isn't documented.
