Getting started

Tell us your three worst problems. We will solve them in your office.

Fifteen minutes of your time, all of it before we meet — no migration project, no procurement cycle, nothing to install. We build the case on data that looks like yours, and nothing gets shown in the session that is not answering one of your three.

  1. 01
    YouFive minutes

Send us your top three problems.

Not a requirements document — three sentences. The RFE responses that eat a week. The client documents you chase for a month. The deadline you check twice a night because nothing else will. Whatever those three are, they become the agenda, and everything we prepare afterwards is built to answer them.

    Send us your three
  2. 02
    YouTen minutes

Spend ten minutes with the walkthrough.

Before we meet, watch one recorded case run end to end — opening the matter through answering the RFE — or read the overview deck instead if you would rather read. Ten minutes is the entire ask, and it is the reason the meeting can open on your three problems rather than on “so, what is this?”

    UsBefore we meet

We build the session on data that looks like yours.

Then we come to you, in person, with a case already prepared. A real matter from your files if your firm is comfortable sharing one; if not, a fabricated case built to match what you actually file — the same forms, the same fact pattern, the same badly scanned exhibits. What we will not bring is a canned demo where every document happens to be clean and every date happens to be legible.

    UsIn the room

We solve your three, in front of you.

One problem at a time, on the prepared case, with the working mechanism on screen instead of a slide describing it. Every claim the AI makes carries the page it came from, so you can check it against the document yourself while we are sitting there. If something does not hold up, you will see that too — which is rather the point of running it on a case you recognise.

    UsSame session

Anything missing goes on the roadmap, with a window.

Firms always need something that is not there yet — a form your state files differently, a report a partner wants, a step your practice does in another order. We scope it with you in the same session and place it on the roadmap with a build window, so you leave knowing what you are getting and roughly when, instead of hearing “good idea”.

Who you're working with

Regulated data is not new to us.

Before this, the same team built software for two industries that live and die on the audit trail — for teams of five and for the Fortune 100. Immigration casework is that problem again, on different forms.

Healthcare

Clinical and claims data, where retention rules, access control, and proving what was seen by whom were the job itself — not a policy page written after launch.

Lending

Underwriting and document pipelines under audit, where a decision has to stay explainable years after it was made. A filing is held to the same standard by a different agency.

Five people to Fortune 100

Both ends of that range, in production — teams of five with no IT department at all, and Fortune 100 programs that cleared procurement, security review and audit before a single user logged in. Real users every day, not pilots that ended as pilots.

The shape of the problem does not change much between a claims file, a loan file, and an I-589: sensitive documents, a record that has to survive being read back years later, and a deadline that does not move. It does not change much between a two-attorney practice and a fifty-attorney one either.

Scope

One subscription, not seven.

The operational side of the practice is one system on one invoice, running on current models that we keep current so you never have to think about it. No stitching a chatbot to a signing vendor to a client portal to a billing tool, and no four renewal dates to remember.

  • Client intake portal & auto-translated document requests
  • E-signature for engagement letters, fee agreements & consents
  • Document automation, PDF form-fill & exhibit bundling
  • Country-conditions research with cited sources
  • Fee plans, installment schedules & the payment record
  • Deadlines, tasks & the append-only activity log

All of it in one plan — see everything included.

The only thing it can’t do is get you new clients.

Everything after the client says yes — intake, evidence, drafting, deadlines, the portal, the money, the record of who did what — runs here, and every bit of it goes out under your name. The software does not get a byline.

Questions about rollout

We're a three-attorney firm. Are we too small for this?
No — and the small end is usually the fastest to get running, because there is no IT department to route through and nobody to convince who is not already in the room. The team has built for five-person outfits and for Fortune 100 programs; the work that changes between them is procurement, not the product.
What do you need from us before the session?
Two things: your top three problems in your own words, and ten minutes with a recorded walkthrough or the deck. That is genuinely the whole preparation — the rest of the work before we meet is ours.
We can't share a live client file. Does that stop the demo?
No. Where a firm cannot share a real matter, we build a fabricated case instead and tailor the data to the work you actually do — the same case type, the same document set, the same kind of imperfect scans. It is not a sanitised sample deck.
Is this a webinar?
No — we come to you. The session is a working meeting around a case, not a presentation: you check the citations against the pages yourself, and the useful part is usually the objection someone raises halfway through.
What happens to a feature we need that doesn't exist yet?
We scope it with you in the session and put it on the roadmap with a build window, so you know what is coming and roughly when. Firms that ask for the same thing are exactly how the roadmap gets ordered.
How much of our IT does this involve?
None of it. Attest runs in the browser, there is nothing to install, and there is no migration project — you can start on the case that is open right now and leave the rest where it is.

Start with your three.

Send the three things that cost your firm the most hours this month. We will build the session around them and come to you.
